“Are Our Superfoods Silently Killing Us?” by Linzi Turner.
What is good health worth to you for a day, a month, or a year? What would good health be worth to you for life?
Following a massive brain aneurysm in 2015 Linzi experienced a stroke and paralysis of her right-hand side. After extensive physio and good brain food, Linzi recovered sufficiently to use a computer and mouse, so she investigated why so many apparently fit and healthy people nevertheless suffer from coronaries, strokes, and inflammatory health problems. What she discovered was eye-opening.
It would appear that the so-called ‘superfoods’ are not what they seem. Linzi’s well-researched book will surprise you and may change the way you view the foods that we’ve been told are ‘good for us’. I know that Giles and I have changed our eating habits since reading it. There’s some valuable information to be had here, folks, and if you’d like to learn more, you can visit Linzi’s website at https://www.superfoodnot.nz where you will be able to buy a copy of “Are Our Superfoods Silently Killing Us?” either in paperback or e-book format.
